Loyalty App Support
Our loyalty apps allow you to interact with the brand, venue, or business directly. Each app is uniquely customized to fit that business or organization -- but there are some common elements throughout that we can identify to help support you as a user!
The App's Main Menu
In the top-left corner of the app, you'll see a button that opens a side-menu. Each app's menu will be customized with information about the business/organization/venue/event. Typically, the top of the menu will allow you to Login or Manage your Account.
How do I logout?
From the app's menu, navigate to your Profile or Account (typically the top option). Once there, you'll see a logout button at the bottom of the screen!
Can I delete my account?
Yes: Navigate to the Profile screen (from the Menu), and navigate to the top option which allows you to link your phone or email address to your account. At the bottom of that screen, you'll see an option to Delete my account.
How do I record a purchase?
Typically each loyalty app will allow you to record a purchase made at the location you made the purchase-- either by scanning a QR code or navigating to the location within the app's main menu.
